The licence profile document stores the licence for the Signature Application. See Install your licence for updating your licence.

It also contains a 'Global Filter'

This filter can be used to filter out any e-mails which you do not want to process.
This can now be achived using (Sub Signatures?)

e.g.

Only add a signature to outgoing e-mails only.

Stop signatures being appended to e-mails destined for a another domino domain. (@SMS)

The attachment below was used in Pre version 2.896 installations, to allow only external e-mails to have a signature.
