IMPORTANT NOTICE

If you are upgrading from Version 2 you will need a new licence key from Crossware.

Please contact our support team at support@crossware.co.nz for a new licence key.
We will need the Company name that bought the Crossware Mail Signature licence together with a contact name and email address.

When you install the new Crossware Mail Signature V3 you need to add your new V3 licence key along side your V2 licence key.



Failure to append your V3 licence key to your V2 licence key could result in existing V2 servers being unable to find a valid licence key.

If you will be running a mixed V2/V3 environment, your V2 server MUST be at version 2.931 or above. Failure to ensure your V2 servers are not at this version will result in the server not being able to validate the licence when rebooted.

Support for multiple licence keys was introduced in V2.931.
