When attempting to install Crossware Mail Signature on Windows the installer attempts to run an agent on the server.

The following error is shown on the server console

Agent 'InstallOnServer': User ('< ID of user who is installing > ') does not have rights to run in 'Full Administrator' mode'



To avoid this error, there are two options to install on the Windows server.

Grant installer required access

You must grant the user who is performing the installation access to run unrestricted agents.

Manual Installation

If access to run unrestricted agents is not possible then you can perform a manual installation.




This will extract the binaries to a local drive on the PC. These must then be copied to the servers "Application" directory.

Once the binaries have been copied the domino server will require a restart.
