Crosswares' Notes / Domino Upgrade Service includes –

Upgrade Planning – Includes an assessment of your current infrastructure, and preparation of a project plan. Our staff have formal training in IT project management, and access to Crosswares' 15+ year experience with Domino / Notes upgrade projects. Together we will also assess the necessity of training and then plan and deliver the actual training sessions.

Testing and Pilots – These phases consist of setting-up a complete test environment to ensure that all potential failures have been addressed. Both the client, the server and the application environment will be part of Crosswares' pilot / testing environment.

Deployment Phase – Selected servers in the production environment will be upgraded, configured and tested.

Post Implementation Phase – Includes an implementation review, and preparation of a project report that will be invaluable during the next upgrade.
