There is a better way to manage your email. Crossware Mail Archive can help you by providing real-time email archiving, offering seamless access to important emails, and significant storage savings.

The Challenge

Managing email has become an increasing challenge for many organisations. More emails are sent than ever before, and the obligations and legal requirements that organisations are faced with have changed dramatically in recent years.

The Solution

Crossware Mail Archive provides secure. easy-to-use email archiving that helps your organisation with legal discovery and compliance. Crossware Mail Archive is a server based product that will automatically capture a copy of all emails passing through your Lotus Domino mail servers.

The central mail archiving database can be installed on your existing mail server, or placed on a seperate Domino server; saving storage space, reducing back up times and increasing the system performance of your Domino mail server.

How it works

A search portal is provided to allow users to access their archived email, searching by keyword, subject, sender or recipient, as well as by email content.

In addition to real time archiving, Crossware Mail Archive supports a 'stubbing' function that replaces the body and attachments in emails with a link pointing to the actual mail within the archive database. This allows end-users to seamlessly access their emails while offering significant storage savings.
