Please state in your email the following information:

- The version of Lotus Notes that you are using
- The version of Lotus Domino that you are using
- The version of Crossware Mail Signature you have installed
- A description of the problem (with some screenshots if possible)

If your question relates to a configuration issue, or you need help with designing your email signature, please also attach a zipped copy of your esig.nsf database.
