What does Trident do?
Trident has been providing IT solutions to SME’s in the South East for the last 25 years. We have grown and evolved in line with the rapid technological developments during this time and have learnt that the professional image we present is important not only for our existing customers but also when engaging with new.
Why do you sell Crossware Mail Signature?
There were many reasons Trident switched to using Crossware, including its professional image, but the major factor was versatility. We have been involved in cloud technologies for the last ten years but have increasingly been migrating many of our customers to Microsoft’s Office 365 due to its comprehensive commercial qualities, essential in a competitive market. The email signature solution that we had been using previously worked fine with on premise solutions, but was less than ideal during the migration process.
For one of our longstanding and valued customers migrating to the cloud had a devastating effect on communications when the email signature didn’t work at all. We proposed Crossware, which not only created an instant fix but meant that their email signatures were now consistent from whatever device they sent emails from, a benefit they had not enjoyed before. They’ve also found it simple to make changes whenever they’ve needed to.
Advice for other Crossware Partners
For other Crossware partners, it’s worth remembering that not all other email signature solutions work with Exchange Online. For us it’s been so refreshing working with a partner (Crossware) who makes so much effort to ensure things run smoothly.
